手部骨肉瘤一例报告

A Case Report of Hand Osteosarcoma

摘要: 骨肉瘤是所有骨肿瘤中最为常见的恶性原发性骨肿瘤，青少年、儿童发病率较高，致残率、致死率高，容易发生其他部位的转移，并伴有肢体活动受限、局部疼痛、肿胀以及病理性骨折等。一般骨肉瘤常发生于四肢的长骨干骺端，手部发生原发性的骨肉瘤十分罕见。现报道我院CT及病理学诊断的手部骨肉瘤1例。

Abstract: Osteosarcoma is the most common malignant primary bone tumor among all bone tumors. It has a high incidence in adolescents and children, and has a high disability and fatality rate. It is prone to metastasis to other parts, accompanied by limited limb movement and local pain, swelling and pathological fractures, etc. Generally, osteosarcoma often occurs in the metaphysis of the long bones of the limbs, and primary osteosarcoma of the hand is very rare. 1 case of osteosarcoma of the hand diagnosed by CT and pathology in our hospital is reported.
