不同基质金黄膏的分析思考

Analysis and Consideration of Jin-Huang Ointmentwith Different Substrates

摘要: 金黄膏是由如意金黄散调制而成，作为明代医家陈实功的代表方剂，收录于《外科正宗》卷一，现该方已广泛应用于临床各科室，因其疗效显著，得到医务人员的一致好评。笔者通过查阅文献后发现，虽然金黄膏应用效果良好，应用范围广泛，但其制作工艺大多为院内制剂，配伍作用的基质不尽相同，并没有统一的制备及剂量的衡量标准，故本文重点从药物作用基质、制作工艺等方面进行总结归纳分析，以期对临床工作人员提供参考，并为金黄膏规范化、商业化生产提供参考方向。

Abstract: Jin-Huang ointment is made from Ruyi Jin-Huang Powder. As the representative prescription of Chen Shigong, a famous doctor in Ming Dynasty, it was included in Volume 1 of Authentic Surgery. Now, this prescription has been widely used in various clinical departments, and has been praised by medical staff for its remarkable curative effect. The author through the consult literature and found that although the golden paste application effect is good, the application scope is widespread. However, most of its preparation processes are in-hospital preparations, and the compatible substrates are different, and there is no unified preparation and dose measurement standard. Therefore, this paper focuses on the summary and analysis of drug action matrix and preparation process, in order to provide references for clinical staff, and provide a reference direction for the standardization and commercial production of Jin-Huang ointment.
