某重型牵引车车架轻量化设计研究
Research on Lightweight Design of a Heavy Tractor Frame
摘要: 针对某重型牵引车车架,通过有限元建模、拓扑结构优化、有限元强度分析、新型高强度材料替代等分析方法和优化手段,对车架结构进行合理设计从而实现减小车架自重,同时满足强度性能要求,最终达到车架系统轻量化的目的,并进行试制,进一步开展道路行驶可靠性试验工作,满足指标,具备量产条件。
Abstract: In a heavy tractor frame, through the finite element modeling, topology optimization, finite element strength analysis, new high strength material substitution analysis method and optimization method, such as rational design of frame structure is made so as to realize reducing weight of frame, at the same time satisfy the strength requirement, ultimately achieve the goal of lightweight frame system and trial production, further carry out road driving reliability test work, meet the indicators, with mass production conditions.
