Observation of the Adverse Reactions of Coronavirus 2 Inactivated Vaccine after Inoculation

摘要: 目的：了解新型冠状病毒灭活疫苗(简称新冠疫苗)接种后的不良反应情况。方法：于2020.12.30~ 2021.01.25在武汉市新民社区服务中心应急医疗保障接种1200名新冠疫苗，观察接种者局部与全身反应。结果：接种1200名新冠疫苗中有5例不良反应，总体不良反应发生率为0.003%。讨论：通过接种观察证明新冠疫苗有良好的安全性。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the adverse reactions of coronavirus 2 inactivated vaccine after inoculation. Methods: 1200 patients of Xinmin Community Service Center in Wuhan City were inoculated from December 30 to January 25, 2020 and the local and systemic reactions were observed and recorded. Results: There were 5 cases of adverse reactions among 1200 patients who were inoculated with the coronavirus 2 inactivated vaccine, and the overall incidence of adverse reactions was 0.003%. Discussion: Through vaccination and observation, it is proved that the new crown vaccine has good safety.
