药学分子生物学校企合作人才培养新模式探索

Exploration on Training Mode of School-Enterprise Cooperation Talents in Pharmaceutical Molecular Biology

摘要: 随着社会对人才质量需求的不断提高，高校也在不断更新人才培养模式。校企合作是一种注重培养质量，通过学校与企业资源、信息共享，优势互补的“双赢”模式。药学分子生物学是药学专业重要的一门基础课程，其研究内容是基因、蛋白质等分子基础的内容，具有很强的应用性。当前，高校在对学生进行技能培养的同时，也注重对学生进行素质教育，采用“七分实践，三分理论”的教育模式，逐步形成校企合作人才培养新模式。本论文通过了解产教结合校企合作模式，分析大学生实践能力提升的必要性，探索药学分子生物学专业校企合作人才培养模式，并针对人才培养机制推进方法及存在的问题等方面进行探讨。

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of the society’s demand for talent quality, universities are constantly updating the talent training model. Pharmaceutical molecular biology is an important basic course for pharmaceutical specialty. Its research content is molecular basis content such as gene and protein, which has strong application. At present, while cultivating students’ skills, colleges and universities also pay attention to the quality education of students, adopting the education mode of “seven points of practice, three points of theory”, and gradually forming a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation talent training. Through understanding the mode of cooperation education and school-enterprise cooperation, this paper analyzes the necessity of improving college students’ practice ability, explores the school-enterprise cooperation talent training mode for pharmaceutical molecular biology specialty, and discusses the promotion methods and existing problems of the talent training mechanism.
