差压式液体密度计的校准方法研究
Research on Calibration Method of Differential Pressure Liquid Density Meters
摘要:
差压式液体密度计广泛应用于各类液体密度的精确测定,亟需依照国家计量技术规范进行校准以保证量值准确且可溯源。经全国质量密度计量技术委员会委托,编写了《差压式液体密度计校准规范》,对示值误差和重复性等计量特性的校准方法展开研究,并给出了相关量值的不确定度示例,保证液体密度计的检测结果准确可比,切实维护消费者的权益。
Abstract:
Differential pressure liquid densitometer is widely used in the accurate measurement of various liquid densities. It is urgent to calibrate it according to the national measurement technical speci-fications to ensure that the quantity value is accurate and traceable. Entrusted by the national mass density measurement technical committee, the calibration specification of differential pressure liquid densitometer is prepared to study the calibration methods of measurement characteristics such as indication error and repeatability, and give an example of the uncertainty of relevant quantities, so as to ensure the accuracy and comparability of the detection results of liquid densi-tometer and effectively safeguard the rights and interests of consumers.
