摘要: “Z世代”主要指的是于1995年至2010年之间出生的人群。他们的成长与我国互联网的形成、发展几乎完全同步。作为社会的新生力量，“Z世代”大学生棱角分明、自成一派，对互联网的接受能力很强。但是，互联网络上的虚拟信息和其复杂性也危害着他们的成长。因此，怎样做好“Z世代”大学生在互联网+时代下网络思想政治教育工作，已成为每一名高校辅导员无法回避的时代课题。高校网络思想政治教育应挖掘网络空间中的积极因素，与时俱进，创新网络思想政治教育实现路径，提升网络思政政治教育实际效果。

Abstract: “Generation Z” mainly refers to the population born from 1995 to 2010. Their growth is almost completely synchronized with the formation and development of China’s Internet. As a new force in society, “generation Z” college students have clear edges and corners, a strong ability to accept the Internet. However, the virtual information on the Internet and its complexity also endanger their growth. Therefore, how to do well the network ideological and political education of “generation Z” college students in the Internet+ era has become an unavoidable topic for every college counselor. Network ideological and political education in colleges and universities should tap the positive factors in cyberspace, keep pace with the times, innovate the realization path of network ideological and political education, and improve the actual effect of network ideological and political education.
