六年制公费定向师范生职业认同与心理弹性的关系研究
The Relationship between Professional Identity and Mental Resilience of State-Funded Normal Students with a Six-Year Term
摘要: 目的:探讨六年制公费定向师范生职业认同与心理弹性的相关关系。方法:随机抽取衡阳师范学院238名六年制公费定向师范生填写《免费师范生教师职业认同量表》和《心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)》进行调查。结果:1) 不同年级六年制公费定向师范生的职业认同差异显著(p < 0.01);2) 不同家庭经济状况六年制公费定向师范生的职业认同差异显著(p < 0.05);3) 不同性别的六年制公费定向师范生的心理弹性差异显著(p < 0.05);4) 六年制公费定向师范生心理弹性水平与职业认同存在正相关(r = 0.25, p < 0.01)。结论:六年制公费定向师范生的心理弹性水平与职业认同有着显著的正相关关系,心理弹性水平越高,职业认同感越高。其中心理弹性水平对职业认同具有显著正向预测作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the relationship between professional identity and mental resilience of state- funded normal students with a six-year term. Methods: 238 state-funded normal students with a six-year term of Hengyang Normal University were randomly selected to fill out the Free Teachers’ Professional Identity Scale and Psychological Resilience Scale (CD-RISC). Results: 1) There were significant differences in professional identity among state-funded normal students with a six-year term in different grades (p < 0.01); 2) There were significant differences in professional identity among state-funded normal students with a six-year term in different family’s financial situation (p < 0.05); 3) There were significant differences in mental resilience among state-funded normal students with a six-year term in different genders (p < 0.05); 4) There was a positive correlation between mental resilience and professional identity among state-funded normal students with a six-year term (r = 0.25, p < 0.01). Conclusion: There is a significant positive correlation between the level of mental resilience and professional identity of state-funded normal students with a six-year term. The higher the level of mental resilience is, the higher the professional identity is. Among them, the level of mental resilience has a significant positive predictive effect on professional identity.
