依恋焦虑与大学生异性交往困扰的关系：自我评价与自我接纳的中介作用
Relationship between Attachment Anxiety and Opposite-Sex Communication Problem in College Students: The Dual Mediation Effect of Self-Evaluation and Self-Acceptance
摘要: 目的：探讨依恋焦虑与大学生异性交往困扰的关系以及自我评价与自我接纳在其中的中介作用。方法：使用亲密关系经历量表、自我接纳量表以及人际关系综合诊断量表对569名大学生进行问卷调查。结果：① 大学生在异性交往困扰方面存在性别和情感状态的显著差异，男生比女生有更多的异性交往困扰，无恋爱经历的大学生异性交往困扰多于正在恋爱的大学生；② 依恋焦虑、自我接纳、自我评价与异性交往困扰两两之间均呈显著相关；③ 路径分析表明，依恋焦虑对异性交往困扰的直接效应显著，自我评价、自我接纳在依恋焦虑与异性交往困扰之间起平行中介作用。结论：高依恋焦虑的大学生有更多消极的自我评价，自我接纳程度低，在与异性交往过程中感受更多的困扰。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between attachment anxiety and opposite-sex communication, the dual mediation mechanism among attachment anxiety, self-evaluation, self-acceptance and opposite-sex communication in college students. Methods: A total of 569 college students were invited to fill in intimate relationship experience scale, self-acceptance scale and interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnostic scale. Results: 1) There are significant differences in gender and emotional status in terms of opposite-sex communication problem among university students, with male students experiencing more opposite-sex communication problems than female students, and more opposite-sex communication problems among university students with no relationship experience than those who are in a committed relationship; 2) There is a significant positive correlation between attachment anxiety and opposite-sex communication problem in college students; 3) Self-evaluation and self-acceptance play a dual mediation role between attachment anxiety and opposite-sex communication problem among college students. Attachment anxiety is not only the important internal factor that result in the opposite-sex communication problem of college students, but also have indirect effects on college students’ opposite-sex communication problem by influence self-evaluation and self-acceptance. Conclusion: Negative self- attitude, low self-cognition evaluation and self-acceptance make college students with high attachment anxiety feel more troubles in the process of interacting with the opposite sex.
