基于供应链控制塔的电网物资质量及供应商管理运营机制探索

The Exploration of Power Grid Material Quality and Supplier Management Operation Mechanism Based on Supply Chain Control Tower

摘要: 本文通过对供应链控制塔相关理念与技术的研究，论述了供应链控制塔在电网物资质量方面和供应商管理方面起到的作用，一方面借助于供应链控制塔的可视化功能，对电网物资质量进行监督与管理，另一方面通过供应链控制塔所采集到的相关业务数据对供应商进行评价。

Abstract: Through researching idea and technology of supply chain control tower, this article discussed the effect of supply chain control tower on material quality of power grid and supplier management. On one hand, within the visualization function of supply chain control tower, power grid enterprises can supervise and manage the material quality of power grid. On the other hand, power grid enterprises can evaluate the suppliers with the help of business data in supply chain control tower.
