浅谈电网企业物资现场收货与质量检验的协同机制

Discussion on the Cooperative Mechanism of the Receiving and Quality Inspection On-Site in Power Grid Enterprises

摘要: 本文以某电网企业为研究对象，针对现场收货业务现状展开研究。通过对目前电网企业中现场收货相关业务的背景、现状和存在的问题等方面进行研究，通过分析的结果，提出通过利用技术手段应用和作业方式优化等优化建议，以便快速、便捷、高效地完成对到货物资的质量检验。增加物资到货检验的检测数量可以提高电力设备的质量管控力度，确保项目工程安全。

Abstract: This paper took a power grid enterprise as the research object and studied the situation of on-site delivery and acceptance business. Through analysing the current situation and existing problems of receiving on-site business, the authors gave some advices which use the application of technology and the optimization of operation process in order to complete the quality confirmation of the goods quickly, conveniently and efficiently. Increasing the quality of inspection items will improve quality control and ensure safe running.
