Q420C钢在建筑钢结构箱形梁柱焊接质量控制中的应用研究
Application Research of Q420C Steel in Welding Quality Control of Box Beam-Column of Building Steel Structure
摘要: 随着我国经济的快速提升,建筑钢结构工程得到了快速发展,而它的质量越来越引起重视,本文主要就低合金高强度结构钢Q420C厚度25 mm钢在多种节点形式中应用,与相应的焊接方法组合对焊接接头进行性能检测,其力学性能满足标准规定和设计要求,为类似生产提供经验。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of China’s economy, construction steel structure engineering has been rapidly developed, and its quality has attracted more and more attention. In this paper, the low-alloy high-tensile structural steel Q420C of 25 mm thick is applied in various joint forms, and the corresponding welding method is combined to test the performance of the welded joint. Its mechanical properties meet the standards and design requirements, providing experience for similar production.
