“医务社工 + 志愿者 + 医务人员”三联模式研究——以L市人民医院为例

Study on the Triple Model of “Medical Social Workers + Volunteers + Medical Personnel”—Taking L people’s Hospital as an Example

摘要: 随着医疗改革的不断深入，医疗环境也发生了重大改变，原有的生物医学模式弊端凸显，已不再适用于现在的医疗环境，现有的医疗环境还应额外注重心理和社会两方面内容，打造“生理–心理–社会”新医学模式。最近几年，医患关系日趋紧张，“杀医”、“伤医”事件频繁出现，越来越多的医院为了缓解医患关系，设立医务社工部并引进专业的医务社工来辅助医务人员，以此来提升服务质量，进一步完善医疗过程。本文以L市人民医院的实际情况为基础，医院尝试开展了“医务社工 + 志愿者 + 医务人员”三联模式，并取得较好的效果。从社会工作专业视角出发，社会系统理论为基础，对“医务社工 + 志愿者 + 医务人员”三联模式进行研究，分析该模式的运行机制和作用，并发现其中的不足，提供相关建议，以期探索新时代医务社工的发展模式和服务领域，打造和谐的医疗环境。

Abstract: With the deepening of medical reform, the medical environment has also undergone significant changes. The disadvantages of the original biomedical model are prominent and are no longer applicable to the current medical environment. The existing medical environment should pay extra attention to both psychological and social aspects to create a new medical model of “physiology psychology society”. In recent years, the doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense, and “killing doctors” and “hurting doctors” have occurred frequently. In order to alleviate the doctor-patient relationship, more and more hospitals have established medical social work departments and introduced professional medical social workers to assist medical personnel, so as to improve the service quality and further improve the medical process. Based on the actual situation of L people’s Hospital, the hospital tried to carry out the triple model of “medical social workers + volunteers + medical personnel”, and achieved good results. From the perspective of social work specialty and based on social system theory, this paper studies the triple model of “medical social workers + volunteers + medical personnel”, analyzes the operation mechanism and function of this model, finds out its shortcomings, and provides relevant suggestions, in order to explore the development model and service field of medical social workers in the new era and create a harmonious medical environment.
