艺术经纪人职业能力评价体系的构建——基于AHP层次分析法

摘要: 为了全面具体地分析艺术经纪人的职业能力，本文从基础能力、专业能力、自身素养三个方面选取了与艺术经纪人密切相关的10个指标构建了艺术经纪人职业能力评价体系，采用AHP层次分析法计算各指标权重并进行一致性检验分析，并结合定量分析的结果得出相关结论。
Abstract: In order to comprehensively and concretely analyze the professional ability of art brokers, this paper selects 10 indicators closely related to art brokers from three aspects of basic ability, professional ability and self accomplishment to construct the professional ability evaluation system of art brokers, uses AHP to calculate the weight of each index and carries out consistency test analysis. The relevant conclusions are drawn based on the results of quantitative analysis.
