铁路货运电子商务对提高我国铁路集装箱运量的策略分析
Strategic Analysis of Railway Freight E-Commerce on Increasing Railway Container Transport Volume
摘要: 当前我国铁路集装箱时效性较差、环节较繁琐,造成不少适箱货源流失。在铁路实货制改革的背景下,铁路货运电子商务平台的建立有效提高了铁路集装箱货运的电子化水平,并在一定程度上简化了货运程序,但对货源的吸引作用仍然有限。本文将通过分析货运电子商务平台对铁路货运发展的作用,提出利用铁路货运电子商务平台的服务功能吸引适箱货源的策略,以提高铁路集装箱运量,为我国铁路货运降本提质提供决策参考。
Abstract:
At present, China’s railway containers have poor timeliness and cumbersome links, resulting in the loss of many suitable container sources. Under the background of railway real goods system reform, the establishment of railway freight e-commerce platform has effectively improved the electronic level of railway container freight and simplified the freight procedure to a certain ex-tent, but its attraction to the source of goods is still limited. By analyzing the role of freight e-commerce platform in the development of railway freight, this paper puts forward the strategy of using the service function of railway freight e-commerce platform to attract suitable container cargo sources, so as to improve the railway container traffic volume and provide decision-making reference for reducing the cost and improving the quality of railway freight in China.
