基于“扶正祛邪”理论探讨消化系统肿瘤的免疫治疗

摘要: “正虚”是中医认为肿瘤的形成的主要病机，因而扶正祛邪法便成为中医治疗肿瘤疾病的重要治疗法则；免疫治疗作为新兴治疗手段，为晚期消化系统肿瘤患者带来了希望，其基本思路为恢复机体正常免疫功能、增强抗肿瘤能力，这与“扶正驱邪”思想不谋而合。现就中医扶正祛邪理论与肿瘤的免疫机制探讨消化系统肿瘤的免疫治疗，以期探索消化系统肿瘤中医药联合免疫治疗思路。
Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main pathogenesis of tumor formation is “asthenia of healthy Qi”. Therefore, the important treatment method of Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumor diseases is “the method of strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens.” Immunotherapy is an emerging treatment that brings hope to patients with advanced digestive system tumors. The basic idea of immunotherapy is to restore the body’s normal immune function and enhance anti-tumor ability. The basic idea of immunotherapy is very similar to the idea of “strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens”. We are now studying the TCM theory of “strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogens” and the immune mechanism of tumors. We discuss the immunotherapy of digestive system tumors. We hope to explore the ideas of Chinese medicine combined with immunotherapy for tumors of the digestive system.
