中职生自主学习时间管理存在的问题与对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Time Management in Secondary Vocational Students’ Independent Learning

摘要: 随着社会节奏的急速推进，时间管理的重要性日益凸显出来，科学合理的使用时间已成为现代社会的一个重要标志。处于青春后期和青年早期的中职生已在时间观念上具有主观意识，认识到了时间的重要性。但中职生也存在自主学习时间管理意识淡薄、时间隐性浪费现象严重以及统筹安排自主学习时间能力匮乏等问题。为提升中职生自主学习时间管理能力，本研究通过深究影响中职生自主学习时间的内部和外部两大因素，提出了相应的优化建议。多管齐下，以达到培养和提高中职生自主学习能力和自主时间管理能力的目的。

Abstract: With the rapid development of social rhythm, the importance of time management has become increasingly prominent, scientific and reasonable use of time has become an important symbol of modern society. The secondary vocational students in the late and early youth have subjective consciousness of time concept and realize the importance of time. However, secondary vocational students also have some problems, such as weak awareness of time management, serious hidden waste of time and lack of ability to arrange time for independent learning. In order to improve the independent time management ability of secondary vocational students, this study studied the internal and external factors affecting the independent learning time of secondary vocational students, and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions, in order to cultivate and improve secondary vocational students’ independent learning ability and independent time management ability.
