新工科背景下应用型本科人才创新创业能力培养研究与探索

Research and Exploration on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Applied-Oriented Undergraduate Talents under the Background of New Engineering

摘要: 新工科背景下，高校不仅要注重强化学生的专业能力培养，更要大力培养学生的创新创业能力。文章从应用型本科人才课程体系、课内外实践、学科竞赛、学术社团建设、创新创业思维培养、创新创业师资队伍建设等六个方面展开研究，探讨新工科背景下应用型本科人才创新创业能力培养的模式，并希望通过此研究为应用型大学工科领域本科生创新创业能力培养探索方法、途径、策略。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering, colleges and universities should not only strengthen the training of students’ professional ability, but also vigorously cultivate their innovation and entrepreneurship ability. This paper carries out research from six aspects of application-oriented undergraduate talents’ curriculum system, in-class practice, discipline competition, academic community construction, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking cultivation, innovative and entrepreneurial faculty construction, and discusses the mode of cultivating application-oriented undergraduate talents’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability under the background of new engineering. Through this research, we hope to explore methods, approaches and strategies for cultivating undergraduates’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability in engineering fields of applied universities.
