李云君教授放血疗法治疗外阴白斑的病例探讨

摘要: 外阴白斑此病的发病率日渐增多，给女性患者生活带来极大影响，甚至严重影响患者的家庭生活和心理健康，而该病的临床治疗手段不外乎皮质激素类药物及物理治疗、手术治疗，上述治疗方式的副作用较大，远期复发率也较高。当今中医药及中医外治法特殊治疗获得越来越多患者的喜爱和信任。李云君教授临床使用放血疗法治疗该病，使患者病变皮肤增生和瘙痒得到了改善，该法操作简便、副作用小等优势，广为患者接受，本文将试述放血疗法用于治疗该病的相关机制。

Abstract: The incidence rate of vulva leukoplakia is increasing. It has a great impact on the life of female patients and even seriously affects the family life and mental health of patients. The clinical treatment of this disease is more than corticosteroid drugs and physical therapy and surgical treatment. The side effects of the above treatment methods are large, and the long-term recurrence rate is also high. Nowadays, traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine have won the love and trust of more and more patients. Professor Li Yunjun’s clinical use of bloodletting therapy in the treatment of the disease has improved the hyperplasia and pruritus of patients’ diseased skin. This method has the advantages of simple operation and small side effects, which is widely accepted by patients. This paper will try to describe the relevant mechanism of bloodletting therapy in the treatment of the disease.
