高校交叉学科建设的思索与探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Cross Discipline in Colleges and Universities

摘要: 高校要找到新的发展方向和科研创新点，开展交叉学科领域的研究，进行交叉学科的建设与发展无疑是一个更好的选择。本文从国内外高校交叉学科建设发展的状况和取得的成绩入手，深入分析了我国高校在交叉学科建设方面遇到的困难和存在的各种问题，并在此基础上从调整学科发展方向、管理模式、考评机制、科研平台和队伍建设等方面进行了深入思索，最后给出了应对策略。

Abstract: In order to find new development direction and scientific research innovation points, it is undoubtedly a better choice for colleges and universities to carry out interdisciplinary research and interdisciplinary construction and development. Starting with the development status and achievements of interdisciplinary construction in domestic and foreign universities, this paper deeply analyzes the difficulties and existing problems in interdisciplinary construction in China. On this basis, it makes an indepth thinking from the aspects of adjusting the direction of discipline development, management mode, assessment and evaluation system, research platform and team construction. Finally, the corresponding strategies are given.
