South Korea’s Plastic Limit Policy and Its Enlightenment

摘要: 韩国塑料制品消耗量大，塑料污染问题日益凸显，近年来韩国政府高度重视塑料污染问题，为防治塑料污染建立了涵盖塑料制品生产领域、流通消费领域、回收利用领域全生命周期的综合管理体系，着重减少塑料制品的使用和促进对废塑料的回收利用，这对我国塑料污染的治理具有借鉴意义，结合我国塑料污染治理现状可以从完善塑料污染全链条治理体系、提高居民垃圾分类意识、扩大生产者责任、完善回收处理体系、发展可降解塑料产业等几个方面入手。

Abstract: South Korea consumes a large amount of plastic products. The problem of plastic pollution is becoming increasingly prominent. In recent years, the Korean government has attached great importance to the problem of plastic pollution. In order to prevent and control plastic pollution, a comprehensive management system covering the life cycle of plastic products production, circulation and consumption, recycling and utilization has been established. Emphasis is placed on reducing the use of plastic products and promoting the recycling of waste plastics. It is of reference significance for the treatment of plastic pollution in China. Combined with the current situation of plastic pollution treatment in China, we can start from several aspects such as improving the whole chain control system of plastic pollution, raising residents’ awareness of garbage classification, expanding producer responsibility, perfecting the recycling system, and developing degradable plastic industry.
