《铁路货运组织》课程思政教学改革探究

Ideological and Political Education Reform of “Railway Freight Organization” Course

摘要: 新时期背景下，伴随我国铁路货运行业的不断发展，对人才的要求不仅仅是具备专业知识与技能，同时需兼具职业素养与良好的道德规范。对此，《铁路货运组织》课程应积极推动教学改革，探索课程思政教学新模式，实现课程与思政教育有机融合，培养学生爱岗敬业情怀、实践出真知意识与安全意识。本文从思政元素挖掘、教学模式、教学方法、考核评价等维度，提出课程思政教学改革策略。

Abstract: Under the new era background, with the continuous development of China’s railway freight industry, the requirements for talents are not only professional knowledge and skills, but also professional quality and good ethics. In this regard, the course of railway freight organization should actively promote the teaching reform, explore the new mode of ideological and political teaching, realize the organic integration of the course and ideological and political education, and cultivate students’ love for their posts and dedication and practice their true knowledge consciousness and safety consciousness. This paper puts forward the reform strategy of curriculum ideological and political teaching from the dimensions of ideological and political element mining, teaching mode, teaching method, assessment and evaluation.
