摘要: 胆囊癌是常见的胆道系统恶性肿瘤，具有隐匿性、发展快、预后差的特点，尤其对于晚期胆囊癌侵犯多脏器的患者，改善预后的关键在于术前给予精准的评估，同时有效及时地切除肿瘤组织，能够延长患者生命，改善患者生存质量。本文就一例胆囊癌侵犯多脏器进行联合切除手术的患者，探讨其诊疗体会。
Abstract: Gallbladder cancer is a common malignant tumor of the biliary system. It has the characteristics of occult, rapid development, and poor prognosis. Especially for patients with advanced gallbladder cancer invading multiple organs, the key to improving the prognosis lies in accurate evaluation before surgery, and at the same time, effective and timely removal of tumor tissue can prolong the life of the patient and improve the survival of the patient. This article discusses the clinical experience of a case of gallbladder cancer invading multiple organs undergoing combined resection.
