摘要: 乳腺癌已成为全球癌症发病率最高的恶性肿瘤。腋窝淋巴结是乳腺癌转移最常见的转移部位,准确评估腋窝淋巴结转移状态对乳腺癌患者TNM分期、个体化辅助治疗方案制定及预后判断具有重要意义。磁共振扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging, DWI)是目前唯一能无创观察活体水分子微观运动的功能成像技术,DWI在乳腺癌淋巴结转移诊断方面具有明显优势。本文对DWI在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移定性诊断中的应用价值进行了综述。
Abstract: Breast cancer has become the most common malignant tumor in the world. Axillary lymph nodes are the most common metastatic site for breast cancer metastasis. Accurate assessment of the metastasis status of axillary lymph node is of great significance for breast cancer patients’ TNM staging, individualized adjuvant treatment plan formulation and prognostic judgment. Diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) is currently the only functional imaging technique that can non-invasively observe the microscopic movement of water molecules in the living body. DWI has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of lymph node metastasis of breast cancer. This article reviews the application value of DWI in the qualitative diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
