肉芽肿性乳腺炎的发病原因和机制研究

摘要: 肉芽肿性乳腺炎是一种以乳腺小叶为中心的非干酪样坏死、以肉芽肿为主要病理特征的慢性化脓性疾病。本病发病率呈逐年上升趋势,越来越多地引起国内外学者的关注。本文从自身免疫、感染、泌乳因素方面探讨该病的发病原因和机制,从中医方面探讨该病的病因病机,有利于完善对于该病的认识,从而有助于达到对该病的预防以及形成完整的诊疗常规。
Abstract: Granulomatous mastitis is a chronic inflammatory disease with non-caseating necrosis centered on breast lobules and granuloma as the main pathological feature. The incidence of this disease is increasing year by year, which has attracted more and more attention from scholars at home and abroad. This article discusses the causality and etiology of the disease from the aspects of autoimmunity, infection, and lactation factors, and talks over the similar topic of the disease from the aspect of Chinese medicine so that we can form a complete diagnosis and treatment routine.
