上颌窦鳞状细胞癌患者上颌骨切除术后的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Maxillary Sinus Squamous Cell Carcinoma Patient after Maxillectomy

摘要: 目的：观察上颌骨(次)切除术治疗上颌窦鳞状细胞癌的长期临床疗效，分析手术预后的影响因素。方法：回顾性分析23例上颌骨(次)切除术治疗的上颌窦鳞状细胞癌患者的临床诊疗资料。结果：死亡4例，1、2、5年生存率分别为56.52% (13/23)、34.78% (8/23)、13.04% (3/23)。Kaplan-Meier单因素分析结果显示患者性别、术后是否辅助治疗对预后的影响有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：上颌骨(次)切除术是一种经典且有效的外科治疗方法，患者性别、术后是否辅助治疗是手术预后的重要影响因素。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the long-term clinical effect of maxillectomy for squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus, and analyze the influence factors of surgical prognosis. Method: The clinical data of 23 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of maxillary sinus treated by maxillcetomy were retrospectively analyzed. Result: Four cases died, the 1-, 2- and 5-year survival rates were 56.52%, 34.78%, 13.04% respectively. Kaplan-Meier analysis results showed that the influence of adjuvant after sex operation on prognosis was statistically significant. Conclusion: Maxillary resection is a classic and effective surgical treatment, and gender of patients and postoperative adjuvant therapy are important factors affecting the prognosis of surgery.
