呼吸系统疾病患者呼吸康复护理应用效果

Nursing Effect of Respiratory Rehabilitation in Patients with Respiratory Diseases

摘要: 目的：探讨对呼吸系统疾病患者行呼吸康复护理的应用效果。方法：以2020年1月~2021年2月我院呼吸科收治的呼吸系统疾病患者120例作为研究对象，按照患者入院顺序采用简单随机抽样的方式分为观察组与对照组，每组均为60例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予呼吸康复护理。对比分析实施不同护理干预后两组患者肺功能各项指标改善情况、治疗效果及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者治疗后肺功能各项指标改善情况优于对照组；观察组患者临床疗效总有效率高于对照组，其中观察组总有效率为96.00%，对照组总有效率为78.00%；观察组患者总满意度高于对照组，其中观察组总满意度为98.00%，对照组总满意度为92.00%。结论：对呼吸系统疾病患者行呼吸康复护理，可有效改善患者肺功能各项指标，提高患者临床疗效，与此同时还可提高患者对护理的满意度，应用效果显著。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of respiratory rehabilitation nursing for patients with respiratory system diseases. Methods: A total of 120 patients with respiratory diseases admitted to the respiratory Department of our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group by simple random sampling according to the order of admission, with 60 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing, observation group was given respiratory rehabilitation nursing. The improvement of lung function indexes, therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups after different nursing interventions were compared and analyzed. Results: The improvement of lung function indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, the total effective rate of the control group was 78.00%; the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the total satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%, and that of the control group was 92.00%. Conclusion: Respiratory rehabilitation nursing for patients with respiratory diseases can effectively improve the indicators of lung function of patients, improve the clinical efficacy of patients, at the same time can also improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing, the application effect is significant.
