大学生兼职的失范及其制度规范
The Anomie of College Students’ Part-Time Job and Its Institutional Norms
摘要: 大学生兼职对大学生的学业发展和职业社会化有重要影响,对大学生兼职的群体分布、行为、心理及相关制度进行了调查研究。大学生兼职常偏离学业本位,易形成价值迷乱和行为失序,出现了失范现象并有欠于制度规范。随着我国国民经济总体特征和大学治理理念的变化,为了保障大学生兼职的健康发展,有必要纠正大学生兼职的失范。从大学生兼职制度的途径进行治理的对策包括:更新大学生教学管理制度、建立失范的分类纠偏制度、完善大学生资助制度体系、修订勤工助学管理的制度。
Abstract: College students’ part-time job has an important impact on College Students’ academic develop-ment and professional socialization. This paper investigates the group distribution, behavior, psychology and related systems of college students’ part-time job. College students’ part-time job often deviates from the academic standard, which is easy to form value confusion and behavior disorder, which leads to anomie and lack of institutional norms. The phenomenon of social anomie exists in college students’ part-time job, and it is urgent to standardize the system. With the changes of the overall characteristics of China’s national economy and the concept of university governance, in order to ensure the healthy development of college students’ part-time job, it is necessary to correct the anomie of college students’ part-time job. The countermeasures to deal with the part-time system construction of college students include: updating the teaching management system of college students, establishing an anomie classification and correction system, perfecting the financial aid system of college students, and revising the system of work study management.
