社会支持对老年人孤独感的影响：情绪智力的中介作用
The Influence of Social Support on Loneliness in the Elderly: The Mediating Role of Emotional Intelligence

摘要: 本研究旨在探讨老年人社会支持、情绪智力以及孤独感之间的关系，采用社会支持评定量表、情绪智力量表以及孤独感量表对238名老年人进行测评。结果表明，社会支持与孤独感呈显著负相关，社会支持与情绪智力呈显著正相关，孤独感与情绪智力呈显著负相关；社会支持对老年人情绪智力有显著的正向预测作用，情绪智力对老年人孤独感有显著的负向预测作用；情绪智力在社会支持与孤独感中起部分中介作用。最后从社会支持、主观认知以及行为三个方面为降低老人孤独感提出了一些有效措施。
Abstract: The aim of this study is to explore the relationship among social support, emotional intelligence and loneliness of the elderly. 238 elderly people were assessed with social support rating scale, emotional intelligence scale and loneliness scale. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between social support and loneliness, a significant positive correlation be-tween social support and emotional intelligence, and a significant negative correlation between loneliness and emotional intelligence; social support had a significant positive predictive effect on emotional intelligence of the elderly, and emotional intelligence had a significant negative predictive effect on loneliness; emotional intelligence played an intermediary role in social support and loneliness. Finally, some effective measures were put forward to reduce the loneliness of the elderly from three aspects: social support, subjective cognition and behavior.
