摘要: 大面积脑梗死是指一种高致死率、高致残率、预后极差的疾病,给家庭、社会带来了的沉重负担;颅内压(Intracranial pressure, ICP)监测是神经监护的重要内容,在颅脑损伤的临床治疗中已取得共识,但在大面积脑梗死的临床治疗中是否获益尚无定论;本文将对颅内压监测技术及相关的禁忌症、并发症、注意事项、颅内压监测在大面积脑梗死中的临床应用进展及现状作一综述。
Abstract: Massive cerebral infarction is a disease with high mortality, high disability rate and poor prognosis, which brings heavy burden to family and society. Intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring is an important content of neurological monitoring, which has been widely accepted in the clinical treatment of craniocerebral injury, but whether it is beneficial in the clinical treatment of massive cerebral infarction has not been concluded. In this paper, the clinical application of intracranial pressure monitoring technology and related contraindications, complications, precautions and the status quo of intracranial pressure monitoring in massive cerebral infarction were reviewed.
