慢性化脓性中耳炎伴周围性面瘫1例报告并文献复习

摘要: 周围性面瘫是慢性化脓性中耳炎的一种严重并发症，需要早期发现和适当的治疗。本文报道1例慢性中耳炎伴周围性面瘫患者的临床特征及诊疗过程，阐述其发病机制、临床表现及治疗方法，为早期诊断及合理治疗该疾病提供一定的参考意义。
Abstract: Peripheral facial nerve paralysis is a serious complication of chronic otitis media, which requires early detection and appropriate treatment. This article reported on the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with chronic suppurative otitis media with peripheral facial paralysis. In this paper, the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and treatment were elaborated, which will provide certain reference for early diagnosis and reasonable treatment of the disease.
