儿童闭塞性支气管炎的研究进展

摘要: 闭塞性支气管炎是一种慢性气流阻塞综合征,病因复杂多样,其病理机制尚不明确,临床以咳嗽、喘息、气促为主要表现,目前诊断主要基于支气管镜检查,尚无公认的治疗方案。现就儿童闭塞性支气管炎的病因、病理机制、诊断以及治疗进展做如下综述,为早期诊断、合理治疗提供思路。
Abstract: Bronchitis obliterans is a chronic airflow obstruction syndrome with complex and diverse etiologies. Its pathological mechanism is still unclear. The main clinical manifestations are cough, wheezing, and shortness of breath. The current diagnosis is mainly based on bronchoscopy, and there is no recognized diagnosis treatment plan. The etiology, pathological mechanism, diagnosis and treatment progress of obliterans bronchitis in children are reviewed as follows to provide ideas for early diagnosis and reasonable treatment.
