Abstract: Several cases of fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) have been found in China in recent years. It is an emerging infectious disease caused by a novel Bunyavirales (SFTS virus, SFTSV), which the severe fever with thrombocytopenia is the main syndrome. SFTS is highly susceptible to be misdiagnosed due to the absence of specific clinical manifestations in the early stages. And multi-organ failure can be caused in severe cases. This study mainly discussed the treatment process of a patient with multiple organ failure caused by SFTS treated by ECMO combined with CRRT, so as to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of such diseases.
