摘要: 巨细胞修复性肉芽肿(giant cell reparative granuloma, GCRG)是一种临床上比较少见的非牙源性良性病变。本病常见于儿童和青少年,通常生长缓慢,且无明显症状,常位于颌骨中央或骨膜内,具有骨质破坏和局部侵袭等恶性肿瘤的特征,在影像学检查中无明确特异性,在临床中易被诊断为颌骨肿瘤。巨细胞修复性肉芽肿的病因目前尚不明确,目前普遍认为该病可能是由创伤、炎症和激素因素引起的。本病好发于颌骨,本文将报道1例发生于下颌骨的病变,并对近年关于此病的文献进行学习。
Abstract: Giant cell reparative granuloma (GCRG) is a rare non-odontogenic benign lesion. The disease is common in children and adolescents and is usually slow-growing and asymptomatic. It is usually located in the center of the jaw bone or in the periosteum and has the characteristics of malignant tumors such as bone destruction and local invasion. GCRG has no definite specificity in imaging examination and is easily diagnosed as jaw tumor in clinic. The etiology of giant cell reparative granuloma is still unknown, but it is widely believed that the disease may be caused by trauma, inflammation and hormonal factors. The disease usually occurs in the jaw bone, in this paper, we will report a case of mandibular disease and study the literature about this disease in recent years.
