摘要: 目的:目前静脉滴注仍在滥用,其原因是大家认为起效快。本实验用动物实验验证静脉滴注起效并不快,为合理用药提供依据。方法:家兔分别静脉滴注、灌胃乙醇溶液,比较翻正反射消失的时间。给家兔分别静脉滴注、肌内注射呋塞米,比较尿量的经时变化。结果:静脉滴注乙醇组家兔翻正反射消失的时间为(86.3 ± 3.8) min,灌胃组为(8.6 ± 2.1) min。肌内注射组尿量达50%最大尿量的时间,即半最大尿量时间(effective time, ET50)为(35.3 ± 11.1) min,静脉滴注组ET50为(70.3 ± 18.3) min,差异显著。结论:静脉滴注起效并不快。
Abstract: Objective: At present, intravenous drip has being abused because it is thought to take effect quickly. This experiment verified that intravenous drip does not take effect quickly by animal experiment, so as to provide the basis for rational drug use. Methods: Rabbits were given intravenous drip and intragastric administration of ethanol solution respectively, and the time of righting reflex disappearance was compared. Furosemide was given intravenously and intramuscularly to rabbits re-spectively, and the changes of urine volume with time were compared. Results: The time of righting reflex disappearing was (86.3 ± 3.8) min in the ethanol group and (8.6 ± 2.1) min in the gavage group. When the urine volume reached 50% of the maximum urine volume, i.e., the time of half maximum urine volume (ET50) was (35.3 ± 11.1) min in the intramuscular injection group, and (70.3 ± 18.3) min in the intravenous drip group. The statistical difference is significant. Conclusion: Intravenous drip does not take effect quickly.
