Research on PSPW Index in Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
摘要: 胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease, GERD)是消化内科常见疾病,患者主要表现为反酸、烧心等食管症状及咽部异物感、咳嗽、哮喘等食管外症状,由于该病有慢性、反复发作的特点,给患者生活、工作、学习带来较大的影响。但是目前对于准确地诊断GRED和为GRED患者选择合理的治疗方案均存在挑战,近年来人们认识到新的阻抗参数反流后吞咽诱导的蠕动波指数即PSPW指数在GERD诊治有一定的临床价值,本文将概述Postreflux swallow-induced peristaltic wave index (PSPW指数)在GERD中的应用。
Abstract: Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common disease in the gastroenterology department. Patients mainly present with esophageal symptoms such as acid reflux and heartburn, as well as extra-esophageal symptoms such as foreign body sensation in the pharynx, cough, and asthma. Due to the chronic and recurrent characteristics of the disease, it has a great impact on the patient’s life, work and study. However, at present, there are challenges in accurately diagnosing GRED and choosing a reasonable treatment plan for GRED patients. In recent years, it has been recognized that the peristaltic wave index induced by swallowing after reflux of a new impedance parameter, namely the PSPW index, has certain clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of GERD. This article will outline the application of the PSPW index in GERD.
