摘要: 下呼吸道感染是儿童常见的感染性疾病,严重威胁儿童健康。国内外大型医学数据库通过系统集成医学数据,提供流行病学资料,从研究假设转化为指导临床实践的循证医学证据,广泛应用于临床医学研究。本文重点介绍世界范围内不同儿童下呼吸道感染用药相关医学数据库的特点,阐述其在儿童下呼吸道感染用药中的应用及研究进展,以期促进儿童下呼吸道感染用药数据库的建设并提高儿童下呼吸道的临床治疗。
Abstract: Lower respiratory tract infection is a common infectious disease in children, which is a serious threat to children’s health. Large-scale medical databases at home and abroad provide epidemiological data through systematic integration of medical data, and transform from research hypotheses into evidence-based medical evidence to guide clinical practice, which is widely used in clinical medical research. This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of drug-related medical databases of different children’s lower respiratory tract infections around the world, and expounds its application and research progress in the use of drugs in children’s lower respiratory tract infections in order to promote the construction of drug database of children’s lower respiratory tract infection and improve the clinical treatment of children’s lower respiratory tract infection.
