面向新工科多学科交叉融合的民航空管交通运输专业人才培养模式初探
A Preliminary Study on the Talent Cultivation Model of Civil Aviation Management and Transportation Facing the Interdisciplinary Integration of New Engineering
摘要: “新工科”对民航空管交通运输专业人才培养提出了新的要求,围绕民航大学交通运输专业“双一流”建设,针对新工科多学科交叉融合的人才培养要求,对民航空管交通运输专业人才培养模式改革进行了初步探索。在分析民航空管交通运输专业人才培养现状的基础上,提出了多学科交叉融合的民航空管交通运输专业人才培养思路。优化现有培养目标,并对培养目标进行分解,提出了培养目标的动态评价机制。按照多学科交叉融合的要求,重新梳理现有课程体系、革新教学模式和教学团队、优化现有人才培养质量监控体系,为建设我校国家一流本科民航空管交通运输专业提供可借鉴的思路和方法。
Abstract:
The “New Engineering Course” puts forward new requirements for the training of civil aviation management and transportation professionals. It focuses on the “double first-class” construction of the transportation specialty of Civil Aviation University of China, and aims at the talent training requirements of the multidisciplinary integration of new engineering disciplines. Preliminary explorations were made in the reform of the talent training model. Based on the analysis of the current situation of civil aviation management and transportation professional personnel training, a multi-disciplinary cross-integration of civil aviation management transportation professional personnel training ideas is proposed. Optimize the existing training objectives, and decompose the training objectives, and propose a dynamic evaluation mechanism for the training objectives. In accordance with the requirements of interdisciplinary integration, reorganize the existing curriculum system, innovate teaching models and teaching teams, and optimize the existing talent training quality monitoring system, so as to provide a reference for the construction of the first-class undergraduate civil aviation management and transportation major of our university.
