Abstract: As a disease with high morbidity and mortality, subarachnoid hemorrhage aneurysm rupture is the main cause of the disease. Although there have been many therapeutic innovations, there has been no significant improvement in neurological outcomes. At present, a variety of biomarkers for the diagnosis and treatment of disease and prognosis is very helpful. In this paper, we reviewed the current status of biomarkers at home and abroad in order to clarify the relationship between aSAH and prognosis, and to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
