摘要: 甘肃省人民医院2021年3月收治1例年轻女性肝占位性病变，本院超声、增强MRI、CT引导下肝穿刺活检及外院增强MRI、PET/CT均提示肝恶性肿瘤，后行全麻下肝部分切除术、胆囊切除术，术后病理证实为肝血管平滑肌脂肪瘤。
Abstract: A young woman with hepatic space-occupying lesions was treated in Gansu Provincial Hospital in March 2021. Ultrasound, enhanced MRI, CT-guided liver biopsy in our hospital and enhanced MRI and PET/CT in other hospitals all showed that it is a liver malignant tumor. Then partial hepatectomy and cholecystectomy under general anesthesia were performed in our hospital, and the postoperative pathology confirmed that it is hepatic angiomyolipoma.
