农村中小学教育管理问题及对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Educational Management in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools

摘要: 农村中小学教育的发展在很大程度上关系着我国教育事业的进步，通过归纳整理当前农村中小学教育管理中存在的一系列问题，从资金投入、教师素质、管理理念和管理体制等方面对农村中小学教育管理问题进行了阐述。并制定了相应的方法对策，提出通过加大政府对农村教育的财政投入、加强农村中小学师资队伍建设、转变教育管理理念、更新教育管理体制等一系列措施来解决以上问题，以期从根本上提高农村中小学教育管理水平。

Abstract: The development of rural primary and secondary school education is related to the progress of China’s education to a great extent. By summarizing and sorting out a series of problems existing in the current rural primary and secondary school education management, this paper expounds the problems of rural primary and secondary school education management from the aspects of capital investment, teacher quality, management concept and management system. It also formulates the corresponding methods and countermeasures, and puts forward a series of measures to solve the above problems, such as increasing the government’s financial investment in rural education, strengthening the construction of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools, changing the concept of educational management and updating the educational management system, so as to fundamentally improve the educational management level of rural primary and secondary schools.
