虎符铜砭刮痧治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Hufu Tongbian Scraping in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Type

摘要: 目的：研究虎符铜砭刮痧治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床效果。方法：采用简单随机抽样的方式将患者分为了治疗组与对照组，每组各45名患者。对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊，治疗组虎符铜砭刮痧，试验周期均为3个月。通过对两组患者临床疗效、VAS评分、中医证候积分及护理满意度等的比较得出结论。结果：两组患者临床疗效、VAS评分、中医证候积分及护理满意度等均存在统计学差异。结论：虎符铜砭刮痧治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经临床疗效显著，同时可有效地缓解患者疼痛降低其中医证候积分提高护理满意度等，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective: To study the clinical effect of cupping and scraping with Hufu Tongbian in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis. Methods: Patients were divided into treatment group and control group by simple random sampling, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given ibuprofen sustained-release capsule orally, and the treatment group was given Hufu Tongbian scraping. The test period was 3 months. Conclusions were drawn by comparing clinical efficacy, VAS score, TCM syndrome score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results: There were statistical differences in clinical efficacy, VAS score, TCM syndrome score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Conclusion: Hufu Tongbian scraping has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea, and can effectively relieve the pain of patients, reduce the TCM syndrome score and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
