中医与西方主流心理治疗流派的情绪观述评

Commentary on the Emotional Outlook of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Mainstream Psychotherapy Schools

摘要: 情绪是心理治疗领域的一个研究重点，本文从东西方主流心理治疗流派的情绪观入手，比较分析了中医和西方各个主要心理治疗的情绪观点和治疗方法，认为各流派的情绪观受特定的社会文化和哲学基础的影响，各有特色，深入挖掘适宜本地区的、当代的情绪干预视角，有利于对情绪现象有更深层次的理解。

Abstract: Emotion is a research focus in the field of psychotherapy. Starting with the emotional view of the mainstream psychotherapy schools in the east and the west, this paper compared and analyzed the emotional views and treatment methods of various major psychotherapies in traditional Chinese medicine and the west. It is considered that the emotional views of various schools are affected by specific social, cultural and philosophical basis and have their own characteristics. In-depth excavation of the perspective of contemporary emotional intervention suitable for the region is conducive to a deeper understanding of emotion.
