成人线上教育激励机制探索研究

Research on Incentive Mechanism of Adult Online Education

摘要: 为了寻求一种切实有效的激励机制能更好地服务于成人线上教育，使得成人线上学习更加高效积极。通过对在线学习的成人学生有关学习动机、状态及其线上学习存在的问题进行问卷调查，充分了解成人线上教育现状，通过现状分析当前存在问题的根源，进而提出解决这些问题的策略。通过数据分析，结合理论分析、推理演绎等多种科学方法，提出现代远程开放教育有效的激励机制。在此基础上，构建更切合学生利益的激励模型，并对促进线上教育可持续发展提出具体建议。

Abstract: In order to seek a practical and effective incentive mechanism, it can better serve adult online education and make adult online learning more efficient and active. Through the questionnaire survey of adult students’ learning motivation, status and problems existing in online learning, we can fully understand the current situation of adult online education, analyze the root causes of the current problems through the current situation, and then put forward the strategies to solve these problems. Through data analysis, combined with theoretical analysis, reasoning and deduction and other scientific methods, this paper puts forward an effective incentive mechanism for modern distance open education. On this basis, this paper constructs an incentive model more in line with the interests of students, and puts forward specific suggestions to promote the sustainable development of online education.
