摘要: 本文以企业女性青年员工为研究对象,依据职业生涯选择与发展阶段理论,运用问卷调查法,对河南、北京、天津、江苏等地的企业进行了调查,调查结果发现企业女性青年员工职业生涯规划总体水平不高,企业提供的职业生涯指导服务欠缺,学校职业生涯教育课程不足。针对这些问题,依据原因分析和理论指导,应从个人、企业、学校、家庭和政府五个方面着手积极改善,以有效地促进女性青年员工职业生涯成功发展。
Abstract: This article takes female young employees of enterprises as the research object, based on the theory of career choice and development stage, and uses the questionnaire survey method to survey enterprises in Henan, Beijing, Tianjin, Jiangsu and other places. The results of the survey found that the overall level of career planning for young female employees in enterprises is not high, the career guidance services provided by enterprises are inadequate, and the school’s career education courses are inadequate. In response to these problems, based on cause analysis and theoretical guidance, it is necessary to actively improve from the five aspects of individuals, enterprises, schools, families and the government in order to effectively promote the successful development of the careers of young female employees.
