Abstract: Tumor has always been a hot topic in medical research all over the world. In recent years, it has been found that the expression of cell fate determinant DACH1 in a variety of human tumor cells is closely related to the development of tumor. However, the exact role and mechanism of DACH1 in tumor have not yet formed a unified understanding. In this paper, the origin, distribution, structural characteristics, biological function and the mechanism of occurrence and development of DACH1 in a variety of tumor cells were reviewed, all of which were to explore the inhibitory effect of DACH1 on tumorigenesis and development.
