摘要: 随着我国经济的发展,地上空间显得越发拥挤,对地下空间的探索也越来越重要,城市地下铁道工程迅速提高,盾构法以其方便性、经济性等特点得到了广泛应用。联络通道的施工方法有冻结法、机械法等,机械法联络通道施工工法包含盾构法和顶管法。本文以杭州富水砂层为背景,研究了联络通道线型与施工方法的选取,归纳了盾构法建造富水砂层的技术路线,并且设计移动式管片预应力支撑,弧形管片切削刀盘系统,为富水砂层工程建设提供智能化解决方案。
Abstract: With the development of my country’s economy, the space on the ground is becoming more and more crowded, and the exploration of the underground space is becoming more and more important. The urban subway project has been improved rapidly, and the shield method has been widely used due to its convenience and economy. The construction methods of the contact channel include freezing method, mechanical method, etc. The mechanical method of the construction method of the contact channel includes the shield method and the pipe jacking method. Taking Hangzhou water-rich sand layer as the background, this paper studies the selection of the line type and construction method of the connecting channel, summarizes the technical route of the shield method to build the water-rich sand layer, and designs the movable segment pre-stressed support, the arc segment. The cutting cutter head system provides intelligent solutions for the construction of water-rich sand layers.
