自拟痰风止眩汤治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Self-Made Tanfeng Zhixuan Decoction on Cervical Vertigo

摘要: 目的：研究自拟痰风止眩汤治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法：选取2020年1月~2021年12月在我院收治的颈性眩晕患者120例为研究对象，采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组各60名患者。对照组予甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗，观察组予自拟痰风止眩汤 + 甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗。经治疗7天后，对比分析两组患者中医证候积分、治疗疗效以及两组患者椎基底动脉血管搏动指数(PI)、收缩期最大流速(VS)。结果：治疗前两组患者中医证候积分差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)；治疗后两组患者中医证候积分差异显著(P < 0.01)。对照组患者总有效率为78.33%，观察组患者总有效率为90.00%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗前两组患者PI、VS差异均无统计学差异(P > 0.05)，治疗后两组患者PI、VS差异存在统计学差异(P < 0.05)。结论：自拟痰风止眩汤治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效较好，可进一步推广使用。

Abstract: Objective: To study the clinical effect of self-made Tanfeng Zhixuan Decoction in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods: 120 patients with cervical vertigo treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate tablets, and the observation group was treated with self-made Tanfeng Zhixuan Decoction + betahistine mesylate tablets. After 7 days of treatment, the TCM syndrome score, therapeutic effect, vertebrobasilar artery pulsatility index (PI) and systolic maximum velocity (VS) of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05); there was significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.01). The total effective rate was 78.33% in the control group and 90.00% in the observation group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in PI and VS between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05), but there was significant difference in PI and VS between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The self-made Tanfeng Zhixuan decoction is effective in the treatment of cervical vertigo and can be further popularized.
