“三医联动”形势下医院药事管理的工作分析

摘要: 药事管理是现代药学实践的基础，本文对新形势下医院药事管理相关工作进行了分析，首先分析了当前药事管理工作面临的挑战，包括观念守旧、思想落后，复合型人才短缺，设施不齐全，政策制度不完善和药品管理的实施不到位等；根据发现的问题，结合目前的研究，提出了相应的改革措施，包括加强领导、提高认识，加强人才培养、引进高质量人才，加强设备建设，完善制度建设和加强监督审查，为新形势下的医院药事管理工作改革提供借鉴。
Abstract: Pharmacy management is the foundation of modern pharmacy practice. This article analyzes the related work of hospital pharmacy management under the new situation. First, it analyzes the challenges faced by the current pharmacy management, including conservative concepts, backward thinking, shortage of compound talents, and facilities Incomplete, incomplete policy system and inadequate implementation of drug management, etc.; based on the problems found, combined with current research, proposes corresponding reform measures, including strengthening leader-ship, raising awareness, strengthening talent training, introducing high-quality talent, strengthen-ing the construction of equipment, the improvement of system construction and strengthening of supervision and review, which will provide a reference for the reform of hospital pharmacy management under the new situation.
