Abstract: Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract, and it is also one of the main causes of death due to tumors. The death rate of gastric cancer ranks second. Because the symptoms of early gastric cancer patients are insidious mostly, and there is no obvious clinical appearance, most patients have unclear understanding of the disease. Therefore, the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer is advanced mostly, and it is often accompanied by other important organs (liver, bone, brain, etc.), resulting in significantly increased difficulty in gastric cancer surgery, poor postoperative results, poor prognosis, high mortality, and low survival rate. However, at present, there are few related literatures on multi-organ metastasis of gastric cancer, and the related mechanisms are not clear. Therefore, this article collects related literatures on the occurrence of multi-organ (liver, bone, brain) metastasis and related mechanisms in advanced gastric cancer. In summary, it aims to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
